Why not start with the easy one, the idle mixture screw. Remove the plug and see if a slightly richer idle and low ower speed mixture meets your needs. It is easy, doesn't require pulling the tank, and quick. Removing he white spacer takes longer and may result in some stripped screw heads and then if it is too much, a couple more trips back in to either add a thinnner spacer or the orginal one. anyone remember when the needle had 4 or 5 gooves in it so we could make finite adjustments?
